• It is heartbreaking to know one who has died senselessly that should have been helped, could have been saved.

The Refuge Foundation, Inc. (non-profit 501c(3)), supporting The Refuge, A Healing Place was founded in direct response to those in need of the outstanding trauma and addiction treatment services provided through The Refuge.

The Refuge Foundation is dedicated in giving an opportunity to all those suffering in darkness a chance to come into the light.

As Foundation Staff, we answer our calling daily by being available to those in vital need of help as we save lives and restore spirits to every wounded soul that comes through our doors. We work in the name of our Foundation's Scholarship Recipients, championing the mission to provide every opportunity for the healing of trauma survivors and those suffering from addiction. The Refuge Foundation is dedicated in giving an opportunity to all those suffering in darkness a chance to come into the light. In building our organization, we will search for others who see their calling in helping this vital mission.
